Return Policy

30 days Returns:

We highly value your satisfaction & happiness: if you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can return it within the first 30 days of delivery for a refund
  • We'll provide you with a free shipping label, but you are responsible for shipping back the device. The original shipping cost of the purchase is not refunded. You will be refunded within 48 hours of receiving the item back
  • Items must be returned in the exact same condition and packaging that they were received in with all original pieces and accessories included. Failure to do so may void the return policy.
  • If the product was sold as a 'New Item' (e.g.: Brand New Sealed/Open Box/New/etc.) and is returned opened and/or used, a 20% Restocking Fee may be applicable.
  • In the rare event that we receive a Fraudulent Return (ie. Sending a different item than what was received) we are within our rights to report to the authorities and proceed to the full extent of the law and withhold any refunds until all cases and/or investigations are closed.

We do our absolute best to describe items as accurately as possible however mistakes or unforeseen instances beyond our control can happen. If an item you receive is not as described in our listing, we will pay for the return shipping cost and you will not be charged a fee. If you experience some issues* with the functionality of the device, we will happily offer to replace your device. If we don't have the product available in stock for a replacement, we will fully refund your product. The warranty doesn't cover any user-caused defects such as physical and/or water damage. All items that we sell are 100% guaranteed to be authentic & in perfectly working condition or your money back.
